I already have a hosting account. Can you upload my Pay Per Month Website there? - No this won't be possible. Part of the agreement of renting your website with us is that we host your website for you.
How long do I have to rent my website from you? - As long as you like! If you decide you no longer want your website after a period of time just give us 1 months notice and we'll cancel your account and delete your website.
Can I cancel my account with Pay Per Month Website and keep my website if I host it somewhere else? - This is classed as a 'Buy Out' option. To buy your website just send us an email requesting a buy out price and we'll get back to you with a quote. You are then free to keep your website with us and just pay a monthly hosting fee or move your website to a hosting company of your choice. We'll even help you move it if required!
Who owns my website? - Whilst you're renting your website we will own the copyright. Should you wish to own your website outright you will need to buy your website from us. You will then wholly own the copyright to your website.
Will I be given access to my website files/folders on your server? - No. Whilst you are renting your website we will maintain all your hosting requirements. Should you need access to any individual files you will need to contact us explaining what file(s) you require and we will then email them to you.
How do I make payments? - Payments can be made easily and securely via PayPal. If you'd like to pay via Direct Debit please contact us and we'll send you a Direct Debit Mandate to sign and return. Please note until your first months payment has been received your website will not be built.
